Thank you kindly for your hospitality during our stay at your beautiful Booderee Two in Callala Bay. It was exceptionally clean, with a fresh, warm and comfortable feel that reminded us of home. I very much enjoyed the beautiful sounds of nature that echoed in with the cool breeze that enhanced our restful sleep. All the facilities were the latest, easy and convenient to use and made for a very rejuvenating time away.

Our two night stay at Jervis Bay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family getaway like ours. Everything was exceptionally clean and it was so so close to the beach for morning/late arvo walks! The location allows for easy exploring of the nearby towns. Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back 🙂 x

We’ve travelled to Callala before and it never disappoints. We booked Booderee Townhouse directly on this website. The accommodation is private, brand new and extremely spacious, and having the kangaroos on the front lawn in the morning just topped our weekend away. Luxurious holiday home, great amenities just wish we could stay a bit longer. We loved this urban escape.
Alana, Mick & family
Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us. We all had an awesome time (15 month old, 17/18 year olds, 21 year old and 2 that are a lot older!). Having holidayed at Hyams Beach a lot in the past I am now converted to Callala Beach. Thank you.
Fiona & family
We had a wonderful stay. The house is sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials including a range of spices which was very helpful for us. It’s only a short walk to Callala Beach which was lovely and calm, and much less crowded. Perfect for our kids. Communication was great.
Alana & family
Our extended family (3 generations) spent Christmas here and had an absolutely splendid time! The house is beautifully designed and quite spacious, with plenty of room for our 3-year old to run around and play! The kitchen is well equipped, and we had a blast cooking large family meals both inside as well as out on the BBQ. And the location!! Just a short stroll to the pristine white sands of Callala Beach, perfect for building sand castles during the day or for hermit-crab hunting at dusk. One of our best holiday experiences to date, I am missing it already and want to go back.
Kate & family
Lovely designed house a moment away from beautiful Callala beach. We loved our stay here. Kids liked the shared pool. Thoughtful touches for the kids as well as for the grown ups were much appreciated.
Cecile & family
A beautiful house, only steps away from an incredible, and less busy beach in Jervis Bay. The space was clean and beautifully crafted, and we enjoyed a family weekend here. Kitchen was incredibly equipped if we wanted to cook anything, but Vesna was also very helpful for offering up any suggestions for eating out. Would highly recommend staying!

Beautiful, modern home footsteps from the beach. A great place to relax with the family. Vesna’s service was spot on. Thank you!

Hazelwood Beach House is absolutely wonderful. My family had a magical stay. It’s only a short walk to the beautiful Callala Beach. Vesna’s tips were really helpful and we found some great nearby places to explore. Thanks for designing such a fabulous home. We can’t wait to come back!
Sally & family
We spent a magical week at Hazelwood Beach House. Incredible house and so close to an amazing beach, with fantastic day trip options scattered around the Jervis Bay region. Can’t recommend it enough for a real getaway and recharge of the batteries. Thank you Vesna!
Silvia & family
From the outstanding design and detail of the house, to the surroundings of the nearby white sandy beach, this is a must for a stress free and memorable vacation. The spacious and open plan living areas make it a comfortable place to be even when the weather is not favourable. Everything we could have needed was provided and the only regret was bringing too many items! We highly recommend this place and thank the owners for the opportunity to stay at their home.
Daniel & family
A minimalist beach house experience that is calming, inspiring and uplifting. Well appointed kitchen and a cosy fireplace, makes your stay pleasant. Delight in sun drenched interiors with windows framing views of the native coastal bush land. Plonk yourself in a chair on the lower courtyard and cast your eyes towards the blue sky contrasted with warm cedar facades, the silence only broken by bird calls. And as you drift off to sleep, listen to the gentle waves of Jervis Bay. But be warned, you’ll be reluctant to move from this house.
Tania & friends
From the moment we arrived, Hazelwood Beach House was nothing but perfect. The house itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a weekend getaway at your finger tips. Located within the treetops and the beach so close, it couldn’t be a more ideal location. We couldn’t recommend a stay at Callala more.
Chloe & partner
Hazelwood Beach House is a beautiful house in a great location. The beach is only a short walk away and there is also access to a private pool. Everything you need is provided in the house, including an excellent room for kids. Vesna is lovely to deal with and quick to respond to communication. The process for booking this house was easy and simple, thanks to Vesna. She was also available to answer any of our questions throughout the stay and provided great tips on local places to eat and visit. I would recommend this house for adults or small families who are seeking a beach get away in a quiet but great location.

What are some things I love about Hazelwood Beach House?
First of all, the beach right next door – the water is warm and I love exploring it with my cousin. Sometimes we bring our boogie boards and catch a bunch of waves, occasionally wiping out but it’s still REALLY fun. Then there is the ping-pong table. I have won plenty of matches but I still need to work on my technique as I’m still not the best at playing. Next there is the soft comfy beds you sleep in while the sound of the ocean echos in your ear and sends you to sleep. Then of course we have the bikes, we love riding to the shops and to the creek, especially if we are allowed to get a soft drink from the store. And last, there is the TV. My cousins and I love watching Land of the Lost and sometimes if we are bored we watch Tinkerbell or Barbie, for some reason Barbie is pretty entertaining, even for a 12 year old! That’s only a small portion of the countless activities I enjoy at Hazelwood Beach House and I would go every day if I could! So, what do I love about Hazelwood Beach House? The answer is, I love everything about it!
Audrey, in her own words
I found Hazelwood Beach House online searching for a Christmas beach holiday. My criteria was 2-3 hour driving time from Sydney, easy walk to the beach, space for everyone to have some quiet time & all the facilities you’d expect to find in a well-equipped beach house…..and the house & location certainly didn’t disappoint.
The owner Vesna was very quick to reply and super easy & very pleasant to work with to ensure a great beach holiday where we could relax, re-charge and get ready for the new year. The house was exactly as it was described and shown online. The kitchen was one of the best that I have experienced in a number of years booking holiday homes. The living and dining areas were spacious and allowed for “lounging around” and watching a couple of afternoon storms roll in. The bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed and being so close to the beach great sea breezes and the ceiling fans meant for a great night’s sleep, or even a sneaky afternoon holiday sleep!
Callala and Hazelwood Beach House didn’t disappoint and it was that good we’re going back again this year!
Renae & friends
Great holiday. The house has got everything you’d want. Plenty of open spaces and close to the beach. It’s even got a pool in the compound which we used on one of the days. Vesna is a great host and helped us with recommendations on activities and places to eat. We’d definitely love to go back someday.
Dhiraj & family
Hazelwood Beach House is a truly beautiful home in a perfect location – an easy walk to Callala beach and a short drive to the other lovely beaches the South Coast has to offer. Even though we didn’t have perfect weather, we enjoyed every minute inside this impeccably designed house. Every aspect was thoughtful – the coffee and wine provided, the appliances and comfortable furnishings. Vesna was excellent to communicate with, prompt and always helpful. The sunrise from the deck was a magical way to start each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Ross & family
The house was perfect! Great location and very clean. Vesna’s home was like a home away from home. Highly recommended.
Daniela & friends
Highly recommended and great place to stay. Only a couple of footsteps to the beautiful beach and when the weather isn’t ok there is always the pool. Great communication and very friendly. Thanks a lot again !

Little Slice of Heaven
My friends and I loved our stay at Hazelwood Beach House for the weekend. The design and execution of the house was absolutely superb. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven; being just minutes walk to the beach and a short car trip to the world famous white sand of Hyams Beach I will most certainly be back.
Domenica & friends
Great place, highly recommend! A very short walk to the beach!

We loved our stay at Hazelwood Beach House. The owners left lovely touches including luxury toiletries, coffee machine and capsules and chocolates and champagne on arrival. They were also so helpful and friendly. The designer furnishings and style of the property is so sophisticated and aesthetically gorgeous also and the bathroom downstairs is perfect for post-beach showers. The sound system and dvd set up was also fantastic. Only a two minute walk to the beach down a lovely bush path and across the road from the indoor-heated swimming pool we were perfectly placed to enjoy swimming whatever the weather. Highly recommend staying in this designer home.
